Reporting concerns about the ministry at Emmanuel

Should you have a concern about the behaviour of someone on one of our ministry teams, which is not a
safeguarding issue, in the first instance, this should be raised with the person directly. If that fails to resolve the concern, or if you feel that it is sufficiently serious, it should be raised with the person responsible for overseeing that area of ministry or with a member of the PCC. Such concerns will be documented, and appropriate action taken. The Vicar will be informed of the nature of the concern and the action taken to address it on a timely basis.
